Playing & Partying

Blazing a trail thru the woods; that's what Warner considers "playing"!!
But we had to find a way over the creek.

Warner trimmed to willow, hoping to turn it into a "real" tree.
And he transplanted a tree. He said he's seen it done with little saplings. He cut the tree down with the chainsaw, moved it over by the back deck, slit a V in the bottom and then planted it again. He's hopin it will grow into a nice shade tree for the deck.

~~~~~~~&~~~~~~~~~~
Warner turned 30 on Tuesday and I cooked rib eyes for supper that night on our new kitchen appliances. THEN On Friday, We partied it up for his birthday at a friend in town's place. Teresa agreed to have the party at her house but didn't bother to tell us it was her birthday on Friday. (Warner's birthday was Tuesday but Friday night worked better for the party.) But Teresa didn't realize that I have my ways; of finding things out.
SO .... she ended up throwing her own surprise birthday party thinking that it was all for Warner. She had no clue! It was lots of fun.
Blowing out his candle (notice his braid) But the birthday girl couldn't blow her's out!
My friend Jacob & me
The Birthday Girl -- after her birthday; she looks way older with the wig on, than with a few gray hairs.
So, you are probably all wondering what's up with all the wigs?!? Well, Teresa has a things with wigs (she likes to surprise others by showing up in them at their parties) so we thought that it would add to the fun & surprise if we all showed up in wigs!
Oh Yeah! Y'all probably want to see the KITCHEN ! There are still more cupboards and a built-in computer desk to go on the wall where the boxes and ladder are. And the back splash, island and bar. But let me assure you I am VERY excited to have a KITCHEN. This is a GREAT improvement from the one electric, microwave, crockpot and tiny camper fridge that I'd been limited to for the past couple of months
