Crawling with his head down...I imagine he's just checking out how awesome his shuffle is!! ;) I'd say it's pretty cute. :)
Our grandson, now 4, did a head down crawl along the baseboards that worried us for awhile. Guess he was just checking out the perimeters of the rooms - maybe he'll be an architect!
